The Collector in Kinsale is a cosy, quirky little gem that blends a stylish coffee shop with a curated gift space. Great coffee with a range of bean options, delicious freshly baked treats, sandwiches, and a warm, knowledgeable service make it stand out. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with beautiful candles, jewellery, crafts, and even wine adding to its unique charm. A perfect stop for a slow coffee and a browse in the heart of town.

Oh yess!! We enjoyed the homemade desserts with a good local coffee aged in whiskey barrels (take away mokka🔝).... We came back for aperitif and that was a blast too!! Great job ☀️

We really enjoyed the Aren latte (wonderful fragrant pandan notes) and a Greek Frappe and was impressed by all the thought and effort that went into their menu. Learned that the Mo Yao Yai (such refreshing, lovely citrus notes that compliment the latte!) in particular was a formulation to highlight the Bacanha Brut's Jasmin Syrup sold in store. Will definitely come back again for the global and varied flavors they highlight!
